As a design leader, I bring a strong point of view and a multidisciplinary skillset shaped by over a decade of hands-on work across product strategy, visual design, and systems thinking. Most recently, I built the design function from the ground up at Homethrive, where we supported family caregivers through intuitive self-serve tools and access to expert guidance. My leadership approach blends strategic thinking, brand storytelling, and people-first management to create meaningful, high-impact experiences.
